When dropped in-game, heads for any class appear as a plain mannequin head.
As of now, a total of 28 heads and 45 skins can be unlocked for Zane, the Operative. These cosmetics can be unlocked through random enemy drops, mission rewards, slot machines and in-game trading with other players.
When dropped in-game, heads for any class and of any rarity will appear as a plain mannequin head. Skins will appear as a data drive displaying the colors and patterns of the skin.
Some cosmetics are added directly to your inventory, such as when earning a mission reward, and others are unlocked directly at the Quick Change Station, such as when redeeming a SHiFT code. Some may also be sent through the in-game mail system, such as when rewarded for completing a challenge.
