Wrath is the title of a group of semi-automatic sniper rifles in Borderlands manufactured by Dahl, Hyperion, S&S Munitions and Torgue.
They has high damage and mostly x2-x4 elemental, but on rare occasions will appear with no elemental accessory.

Mechanics

Wrath is a Title (Title_Tech1_Wrath) bestowed upon high quality semi-automatic sniper rifles with high tech. While this usually denotes the presence of an elemental accessory, on rare occasions, certain sniper rifles can qualify without one. The Title_Tech1_Wrath part increases the damage of the weapon, as well as further increasing their tech level. Please see stat modifiers for an explanation on how to interpret all of these modifiers.
