White Elephant is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. it is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from The Agonizer 9000 located in Guts of Carnivora on Pandora.

Melee attacks deal corrosive damage. - Elemental Projector
Characters with an elemental status deal more damage with the same element. - Electric Slide
Sliding deals shock damage that can arc to multiple enemies. - Flesh Melter
Killing an enemy with corrosive increases corrosive damage for a short duration - Ice Spiker
Fires 3 cryo projectiles that damage and pass through enemies. - Knife Drain

- A "white elephant" is a gift that is troublesome to use or maintain but also impossible to get rid of, referenced in both the name and the effect of "giving" an enemy a bomb.
