War Paint is a legendary repkit in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Torgue. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Meathead Riders located in The Old Scrape - Ripper Drill Site, Cuspid Climb in Terminus Range on Kairos.
