Volt Thrower is a unique rocket launcher in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel manufactured by Tediore. The Volt Thrower is obtained from the mission No Such Thing as a Free Launch located in Triton Flats.

Special Effect

Helios, we have a problem.  – Always Shock. Increased rocket speed, magazine size, elemental effect chance, and elemental effect damage. Reduced explosion radius.
