Victory Rush is a legendary artifact in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Eridian. It can be obtained from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Captain Thunk and Sloth located in Konrad's Hold on Pandora.
Special Effects
Another one. – Killing a badass triggers Victory Rush that increases movement speed and damage when active.

Additional Effects
- Cauterizing
Sliding deals bonus incendiary damage, creating a magma puddle upon impact. - Ice Spiker
Increased slam radius and slams fire 3 cryo projectiles that damage and pass through enemies. - Knife Drain
Melee attacks restore a portion of the damage dealt as health. - Last Stand
Invulnerability for 5 seconds when health drops below 50%.
