Veins of Helios is an area in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. This is the unfinished part of "Helios". When a deadly parasitic disease caused the workers to become cannibalistic, a bio-hazard lockdown left it unfinished. As a result, much of the area is a vast expanse of open space requiring a series of jump pads to traverse.
