Vehicles in Borderlands 3 are highly customizable, with options ranging from paint jobs to weapons and wheels. This page lists the paint job options available to the Outrunner, Technical and Cyclone.

Vehicle paint jobs can be obtained by hijacking enemy vehicles and bringing them to a Catch-A-Ride station to be scanned and digistructed. Some unique paint jobs can only be obtained from Hijack Target crew missions.

All paint jobs have a default color that can be modified via the color tab. Each paint job offers three adjustable colors. Some paint jobs have unique horns: if they possess one, they will be listed.

Outrunner

There are 34 paintjobs but only 25 can be acquired. Dahl, E3 (2019), Festive, Gearbox, Hexagons, Infection, Red Machine, Shirking Convention, Slow and Mad are bugged or otherwise unobtainable.

	Maliwan "You are now sponsored by the Maliwan Corporation... wait, what?! Obtained by hijacking Maliwan Outrunners.		Historic Racing "Enjoy this taste of history." Occasionally found driving around Meridian Metroplex. Unique horn: First few notes of the "Dixie" song.

	Stealth "For stealth operations. Not sure how it will work with those big missiles." Acquired from Hijack Target (Desolation's Edge) - Energy Cell Outrunner. Unique horn: Airhorn.		Triangles "You have been sponsored by the Geometric Mafia!" Acquired from Hijack Target (Floodmoor Basin) - Razor Wing Outrunner.
	Bubblegum "Let's face it, this paintjob would exist even if we didn't put it in here. Chew on this!" Mission reward from Dynasty Dash: Eden-6 with all optional objectives. Unique horn: Squeeze toy.		Golden Hog "It's Beauty and the Beast." Occasionally found driving around Desolation's Edge. Unique horn: Klaxon horn.
	Houndstooth "Eye for an eye, tooth for tooth." Occasionally found driving around Devil's Razor.

Technical

There are 33 paint jobs but only 29 can be acquired. Bubblegum, E3 (2019), Gearbox, and Magic Number are bugged or otherwise unobtainable.

	Follow-Me "Fancy a game of checkers?" Obtained from Hijack Target (Meridian Outskirts) - Sticky Mines Technical. Unique horn: Steam whistle.		Forest Camo "Forest camo? Anyone happen to remember we're invading a desert planet?" Occasionally found driving around in Floodmoor Basin. Unique horn: Fart.
	Frost Rider "Technically an ice cream truck?" Occasionally found driving around in Skittermaw Basin in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC.		Golden Ticket "Big Donny gave his life so you could have this... well you took it from him." Received after sacrificing the Golden Technical to Carnivora's entrance during Angels and Speed Demons.
	Halftone "Want this one? Sign here on the dotted line." Occasionally found driving around in Meridian Outskirts and The Splinterlands.		I like dinosaurs. "Life, uh... finds a way." By hijacking Clever Girl, rare spawn Technical in Floodmoor Basin on Eden-6.
	Leather "Leather is the perfect attire for the swamps and deserts. Occasionally found driving around Meridian Outskirts.		Maliwan "You are now sponsored by the Maliwan Corporation... wait, what?! Obtained by hijacking Maliwan Technicals.
	Maya "Ava will love this one! So will Maya's numerous fans." Beneath the Meridian mission reward. Unique horn: Steam whistle.		Plaid "So warm and fuzzy, eh." Obtained from Hijack Target (The Splinterlands) - Spare Tire Technical.
	Roadkill "Look at this beauty, just like new! Wait, is that blood?" Can only be obtained by hijacking the War Pig during Pandora's Next Top Mouthpiece. Unique horn: Metal guitar loop.		Skag "We love skags. Don't you?" Obtained from Hijack Target (Devil's Razor) - Spike Wheels Technical.
	Spicy Tuna Roll "Only dead fish go with the flow, be bold and roll drape in the scales of the Spicy Tuna Roll." Call of the Deep mission reward.		Stealth "For stealthy night operations. Not sure how it works with all these explosives." Occasionally found driving around in Floodmoor Basin. Unique horn: Airhorn.
	Tentacar "Soul ten-tickles HP." Occasionally found driving around in Skittermaw Basin in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC.		Thunderbird "Instead of soaring through the sky, you will ram through skags." Occasionally found driving around Meridian Outskirts and Neon Arterial.
	Vaughn's "Vaughn is serious about this Sun Smasher business." Received after completing Angels and Speed Demons story mission. Cyclone

There are 26 paintjobs but only 23 can be acquired. Gamescom (2019) and Gearbox are bugged or otherwise unobtainable.

	Bubblegum "Make sure you unwrap it before you chew." Unlocked after finishing Dynasty Dash: Pandora optional mission with all optional objectives. Unique horn: Squeeze toy.		Chopper "Are you going through a midlife crisis?" Obtained by hijacking enemy Cyclones in Devil's Razor or Carnivora. Unique horn: Truck horn (double beep).
