VIP Tower is a location in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC in Borderlands 3. It used to be Handsome Jack's residence and the place where he was running the Handsome Jackpot casino from. Following the Handsome Jack's demise, Pretty Boy took over and is now in charge.
