VIP Looters are Badass-class enemies encountered in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot. Once crew members and visitors of the Handsome Jackpot, these people turned to pillaging and violence following the Casino's lockdown after Handsome Jack's death. These ones in particular are the most regarded among these gangs as leaders and master pilferers. They serve as commanders and heavy infantry for the various Looter factions.

Strategy
Much like the Children of the Vault's Badass Fanatic infantry, these Looters are one of the most powerful of their archetype, armed with heavy weaponry such as Rocket Launchers and Machine Guns and a greater health pool. Much like Badass Fanatics, they will bombard their opponents with heavy fire from a distance or move in to flush them from cover.

- In Mayhem Mode and True Vault Hunter Mode, they are renamed VIP Pillager.
