Is it just me or is the wiki neglecting all sorts of picture uploads? Cuz I can't for some reason. I... I am the King! 23:33, July 7, 2012 (UTC)

Not something I have any control over I'm afraid. Is it just this wiki? Or other wikis as well? And what part of the upload attempt is not working for you? -- WarBlade (talk) 19:46, July 7, 2012 (UTC)
When I click the "Upload Picture" button it still takes me to "Upload item", however when I do upload an item it takes me to a blank page. I... I am the King! 23:33, July 7, 2012 (UTC)
Have you tried uploading anything after you uploaded STW-550 F1RM Vigorous Steelwood.png, but before the most recently uploaded image, Flawless widescreen borderlands plugin.png? -- WarBlade (talk) 05:14, July 8, 2012 (UTC)

RfA Happypal

Hi There! I have opened a Request for Adminship. I'm looking for input from other users. Could you please review and respond here? happypal (talk • contribs) 12:19, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

I have reviewed it and was tempted to put something in the Neutral section. I came here from a wiki where sysops were nominated and voted on, and routinely cycled by the community, so I've never really been into the self-promotion method that Borderlands Wiki uses. You've done some good work around here though, so I don't oppose your motion either. Incidentally, the "conflict of interest" thing is a non-issue. The trade off is reduced time investment in exchange for wider experience. -- WarBlade (talk) 12:28, July 30, 2012 (UTC)

New Editor

I dont know anything about making a wiki, I don't know what a talk page is? and what a stub means. explain please. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rainbowsandguns (talkcontribs)

A stub is a short, incomplete article in need of expansion. A talk page is a sub page linked to a main article. You'll find links to talk pages at the top of the article. The talk pages are used to discuss the page content of the associated article. -- WarBlade (talk) 01:53, August 7, 2012 (UTC)

Well that's awesome, I am glad I can't edit the page I created... btw it's called Sir Hammerlock's field notes, not survival guide.. wouldn't want your perfect wiki to have any flaws. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rainbowsandguns (talkcontribs) 01:26, 7 August 2012‎

sign your posts please.   Dr. F    Chemicalweapon   Wordpress shovel   Boston globe bullhorn  07:18, August 7, 2012 (UTC)
The page lock became a necessity when you reverted a number of problems back into the stub article. The major fault with your addition was that it was mostly assumption, which runs counter to our goals here. We try to maintain the Borderlands Wiki as an authoritative information source, so assumption, speculation, and inference will simply be removed in short order. -- WarBlade (talk) 12:40, August 7, 2012 (UTC)

Crawmerax Pearls

hello warblade....i am obviously a new user and new to this wiki question is how can i try to improve my chances of a pearl drop from the craw? i have farmed him several time with no success. my hunters mod is a scavenger with a plus 2 rare drop. on another not i farmed him 8 times in a row once and still had no success. any advice would be greatly appreciatedBigbuddhabob (talk) 16:34, August 10, 2012 (UTC)bigbuddhabob

You're asking the wrong person I'm afraid. I don't farm - my gaming philosophy is to enjoy the game, excel at it, appreciate the drops that are good, and I don't obsess over the ones that are not. -- WarBlade (talk) 20:03, August 10, 2012 (UTC)

Shirley novelizations

Can't use the blog function this morning. I can only assume that Central did something magical again.

I could take one for the team and speed-reread the novel. It really is not good.

The novel may have been sanctioned by Gearbox, but I don't think that we can take its contents as canon. Shirley seemingly asked for a list of names in the game and then just invented attributes for them. He has Roland using a freaking Tediore Defender, for the Angel's sake - and not even an elemental one - and giving a child a Dahl Hornet with absolutely no Hornet-like qualities (no corrosion, no burst fire... apparently because "Hornet" is a small thing, it's a pocket pistol in the Shirleyverse). I didn't expect the in-novel characters to be gazing raptly at skill trees or seeing mysterious luminous numbers fall off of enemies when they're shot, but I expected a little unity of content. Dämmerung 15:53, August 22, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, I can believe it. I read the excerpt, and game inconsistencies aside, I decided the book could stay on the shelf. It doesn't surprise me that it had little to do with the game. -- WarBlade (talk) 21:02, August 22, 2012 (UTC)

Borderlands 2 character customization

I know theres smaller pages for each character, I felt like it needed a hub page for skins and use the page to connect all the skin pages to the borderlands 2 page, so people can see all the skins and heads on the one page using pictures and slideshow. I was also thinking that each character skin page should also be kind of a guide on how to get the skins but Im not that informed in skins, not sure how they'll work skin exactly yet just want to have it ready for when it comes out. In short I think having a main page to show all skins would be more efficiect and organized.

Think you for your time and consideration

Juno —Preceding unsigned comment added by Junothefox (talkcontribs)

Maybe, but I can't imagine that instructions to change skins will need to be particularly involved, and that's much of the justification for a skins hub right there. The lengthy title you gave to the hub is far better suited to a section within the Classes article. Good points though. It's the sort of project that could grow from discussion. Feel free to sling the idea around and see if it gains any traction. -- WarBlade (talk) 13:19, September 14, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the cleanup. ;)

As an aside, are admins the ones that create templates/infoboxes or can anyone add new ones? Ashemedai (talk) 10:58, September 24, 2012 (UTC)

The admins are usually the people who understand them best, although in truth it's just some of us who tinker with them, and occasionally people on the Wikia staff pop in and make updates. Technically anyone can add a new template, but if you have something in mind for a significant rollout, please create a blog and discuss the matter to field feedback. Ideas are great, but quite often ideas tempered with second opinions are even better. -- WarBlade (talk) 11:04, September 24, 2012 (UTC)
Basically I was thinking of infoboxes for shields, relics, grenade mods. Seeing how Borderlands 2 expanded on these with many different stats as well as rarity levels (not sure if epic or legendary exists yet), it might make sense. See for example my recent adds: Flame of the Firehawk and Whisky Tango Foxtrot. Right now I was abusing the weapon infobox for them since I could not find any relevant and consistent infobox to represent this information. Same would apply for their talk pages. I'd be happy to create the initial layout for you to look at. Ashemedai (talk) 11:54, September 24, 2012 (UTC)
If by "talk pages" you mean the way all the variants are compiled on the Borderlands gun article talk pages, we're not doing that this time around. That's was the "variants link" is for. The other person to bring into the loop on this sort of thing is happypal. -- WarBlade (talk) 12:29, September 24, 2012 (UTC)
Ah, maybe I just haven't searched well, but I could not find any recommendations/decisions for how certain things for the BL2 pages ought to be registered. If you have any pointers (like for those variants links) I would love to see it, so that I can fix up whatever I put in today and what I encounter/put in in the future. Ashemedai (talk) 12:32, September 24, 2012 (UTC)

Weapon infobox

Are you the best person to pester about adding the Bandit manufacturer to the weapon infobox? I noticed the problem with the infobox when I added the RokSalt. Ashemedai (talk) 10:09, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

Maybe, but again I think this is more happypal's territory than mine. I've purposefully kept my distance from the armaments because there are others among the admins who have really taken the guns to heart, so that is an area of this wiki that is usually well maintained. I tend to focus more on character and mission content. The same applies to the paragraph below - I'd rather stay focused on other things and keep item infobox tweaking to a minimum. -- WarBlade (talk) 10:20, September 25, 2012 (UTC)
No problem, I'll nudge happypal. Cheers! Ashemedai (talk) 10:25, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

Rarity Levels

How should we approach Rarity? BL2 added at least multiple very rare rarities. I got two weapons where the purple colour differs between the weapons (hex 9538ad vs b70e83), indicating to me that, like orange, we now have multiple levels. Simply add a sub-section for BL2 with a new table with the appropriate colours? Ashemedai (talk) 10:09, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for fixing the headers in the Cult of the Vault page

Also, I really want to help the wiki but don't know if I'm doin' it right. Is there a starter tips page somewhere, or do you know any specific task that can be done? Weapon catalogue or anyhting else really.

ok so why delete what I made for the challenges on that area, it makes more sense to have the zone challenges on their specified page it makes it easier to find —Preceding unsigned comment added by Deaddack301 (talkcontribs)

Not really. The missions and achievements are separate articles, as should be the challenges. The location articles should link to where the challenges are documented. -- WarBlade (talk) 00:05, September 26, 2012 (UTC)
Oh, ok so you dont want helpful information about the zones, in the zone pages themselves. Makes perfect sense. Well, I was gonna update most the pages with a majority of the information on how to do the challenges and where they are in zone but if your sticking by brilliant layout then someone else can do it. Info Boxes

How do I put in info boxes for articles? --Masterswift (talk) 13:51, September 27, 2012 (UTC)Masterswift

If you have a look at any page with an info box and look at the source markup you'll find the infobox template called at the top of the page, eg.
{{Infobox location
| Field1 = etc.
Up in your address bar find the part of the URL that says /wiki/ and right after that type, "Template:Infobox location" (or whatever infobox name you're wanting and have picked up from the page you looked at) and press Enter. That will take you to that infobox page where instructions should be provided. There are generally blank templates for you to copy, that you can then paste into an article and fill in. If those instructions get a bit convoluted, let me know and I can drop some blank templates on your talk for you (if you specify which ones you need). -- WarBlade (talk) 14:26, September 27, 2012 (UTC)

Renaming Images

Is it possible to rename or request renaming for an image? For instance, I think that "File:Handsome Jack's Real Face.jpg" might be better than "File:1348620070076.jpg". Is there a way to request renaming on the page itself? JenHeartWikis (talk) 00:39, September 28, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, you can request that an image be renamed, although bear in mind that this will probably require an article update to revise an old image link to a new one. Given the flood of edits at the moment we'll want to keep this sort of thing to a minimum. -- WarBlade (talk) 02:22, September 28, 2012 (UTC)

Image Deletion

Hi Warblade, I would just like to know if it's possible for you to completely remove a picture I accidantly uploaded. There are no articles referencing it, so this should be no problem. Also, I was under the impression that any picture, not linked to anything, would be removed after 24hrs?

Tribbles01 (talk) 11:17, September 28, 2012 (UTC)

You can propose any file (image, video, or even article) for deletion by adding the {{delete}} tag to it. The full syntax is {{delete|Reason why you think it should be deleted|~~~~~}}. This puts a notice on the page, with your rationale included, and the five tildes add a date stamp. Generally such a tag will be left for a few weeks to give other editors an opportunity to counter the proposed deletion. If you have tagged your own upload however, it be deleted faster. -- WarBlade (talk) 13:20, September 28, 2012 (UTC)

Stub Removal

If I feel an article is big enough to not be a stub, can I remove the stub or ask someone like you to remove it?

Masterswift (talk) 01:39, September 30, 2012 (UTC)Masterswift

Stub tags can exist for more reasons than whether or not an article looks big enough. There might be empty subsections, or perhaps a character article is missing an image, a location missing a map, etc. Firstly, try to establish if anything is missing, then if you're certain remove the tag. -- WarBlade (talk) 02:25, September 30, 2012 (UTC)

Bandit Edit

Hey, WarBlade. I edited the Bandit (Enemy) page because Eridium was misspelled and 'Labor' was spelled as 'Labour'. While I normally don't have any problem with this in most wikis, this specific wiki seems to use more "Americanized" spelling instead of Commonwealth, so I was just trying to stay consistent! Sorry for wasting your time.

Hello there,

As a quick heads-up, prompt, push in the right direction. Could you please clarify:

The tidy-up icon added to the BFFs page, was that because the style in which I had written was, say, messy or unorderly?

Basically, my re-edit, is this the sort of style I need to be adhering to? Or am I completely barking mad ? ^^

Anyway, just trying to sharpen up my writing for wiki's.

TheCrabShack (talk) 21:15, October 13, 2012 (UTC)

The Borderlands Wiki strives to document a subject, so we've asked that contributors maintain a third person perspective (ie. describing the subject as a reference text for people who don't play Borderlands 2). What's written there at the moment is a first person instruction guide asking the reader to assume things and phrased like a teacher giving a lesson. This is a jarring change in style from the rest of the wiki, and therefore something that someone will eventually come and modify just to bring it into line. Tagging it with the cleanup template simply highlights the problem and categorises the article in a list of pages tagged for some attention. -- WarBlade (talk) 04:14, October 14, 2012 (UTC)

Are weapons stats supposed to be fixed?

Because there are some pages of blue/orange weapon/shield/G mods having fixed stats.Ankoku暗黒 (talk) 17:46, October 14, 2012 (UTC)

statistics _should_ have an observed range variable. if not, you may add a dash - and edit in the higher/lower data you have observed. if this does not work you are welcome to replace the stat value with "Varies with level" ty4asking.   Dr. F    Chemicalweapon   Wordpress shovel   Boston globe bullhorn  01:02, October 15, 2012 (UTC)

Creating a page

Im creating a page about the four assassins fought at the Southpaw Steam & Power. I was wondering do I have to create a page for each one or I can I put them all in one page.Masterswift (talk) 10:30, October 17, 2012 (UTC)Masterstealth

Good question. It's an unusual situation, and if there is only one page there will need to be four redirects. I'm leaning towards separate pages, but it could go either way. Because of the similarities between them however, the content could be templated to some degree, so that the full write up is just in one place. -- WarBlade (talk) 10:41, October 17, 2012 (UTC)
How is the The Four Assassins page inappropiate?. Masterswift (talk) 07:40, October 19, 2012 (UTC)Masterstealth
You mean aside from the cut down infobox, suggesting that players get axes thrown at them, and the unregistered contributor making up fluff for a trivia section? There's also the ambiguous name of the article. It didn't work. It deviated radically from the established style of the wiki, and wasn't really searchable in that form, so it was better to erase it and go back to established styles. The mission article can cover the four of them. Individual pages can highlight the individuals. -- WarBlade (talk) 10:30, October 19, 2012 (UTC)
I suppose you're right but why didn't you object in the first place? =_=. Masterswift (talk) 12:37, October 19, 2012 (UTC)Masterstealth

Maps, Areas, Points of Interest

I didn't know what was used on the wiki to differentiate between Regions and Locations so I went with maps as being the appropriate choice. Apparently it is Locations and Points of Interest. Although Points of Interest seems an odd choice of words I'll use them from now on. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Quelex (talkcontribs)

"Area" is the rough term that people here use to refer to an instance. "Location" is really just the name of the infobox. "Region" has been mishandled on this wiki from day one. It was set up to be a description of the terrain type (arid waste, alpine tundra etc.), but quickly turned into overarching regions covering a number of grouped instances. "Points of Interest" are named sub-locations within an instance. "Maps" are simply the graphic overview interpretation of those areas that you can call up with your "M" key (or whatever passes for that on consoles).
Aside from that, please don't categorise locations. The template will do it for you based on the data in the infobox. If we decide to restructure the location categories we can do it from the template and cascade the change on all location pages that way. -- WarBlade (talk) 05:54, October 19, 2012 (UTC)

GIV with lots of intermediate edits

The page Slagga was vandalized by over several edits. I normally undo vandalism but in this case it cannot simply be undone. I can copy the good revision over the vandalism or bring it up to the admins so that you can appropriately revert to the good revision. Which would you prefer? Would you like a vandalism reports created on each instance? Just.kevin (talk) 14:21, October 19, 2012 (UTC)

go to page history in the red drop down edit button and choose the edit previous to vandalism as the "before image." edit this in the resulting display. diregard warnings of old page as this is, in fact, what you want to do. summary = "page reset." this is what we call a user rollback (also an acceptable summary).   Dr. F    Chemicalweapon   Wordpress shovel   Boston globe bullhorn  14:32, October 19, 2012 (UTC)

Cult of the Vault Challenges

Then why does Wikia give the ablity to add external links???? You really think having text only for challenge guides is better then video. I thought this was a site to help people with games. I have already gotten messages from people that I have helped asking me to put the links back. So could you please put the links back that you deleted....ThanksMasterBlasterGaming (talk) 22:59, October 24, 2012 (UTC)

The ability to link externally is not for self promotion. It is primarily for sourcing article content that may not be easily verified just by playing the game itself. This is not exactly a site to help people with games either - it is a wiki to document one particular game series. -- WarBlade (talk) 04:46, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

WarBlade I believe you need to freshen up on the Terms of Use because what you have been saying is simply not true. For example what you said about external links and I quote "It is primarily for sourcing article content that may not be easily verified just by playing the game itself". That statement or any variation is no where in the Terms of Use. I believe if you stick with the Terms of Use and not stray from them, Borderlands 2 Wikia would be better for you, me, and the whole community....ThanksMasterBlasterGaming (talk) 15:10, October 25, 2012 (UTC)MasterBlasterGaming

Icon Problem

I started editing Salvador's class mod page to add those missing icons.
Code is always the same but some skills have the GenericIcon instead of their own.
I already uploaded and added the skill icons to the infobox of each skill page.
My question is: How can I add those icons to the "{SkillIcon|}" code, so that the class mod page adds the right icons instead of using the default generic icon?
Would be nice to know for further editing (only if i can do this without being an admin)
Evileich (talk) 12:45, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

I've never never at that template before. It's a meta template set up that uses a big switch. Template:SkillIconName has now been updated with the file names you uploaded. The icons should work now. -- WarBlade (talk) 19:42, October 25, 2012 (UTC)
So i added Icons for Gaige's skills too. Could you update like last time so that the class mod page shows them too?
Evileich (talk) 15:35, October 26, 2012 (UTC)

He was the only one I couldn't remember, I just said shotgun because that seemed like what Scooter would give you. Both times what he gave me wasn't worth remembering, I know that much. Evil Tim (talk) 11:59, October 27, 2012 (UTC)

Oh, maybe it's just a grenade mod then. -- WarBlade (talk) 12:01, October 27, 2012 (UTC)

Southern Shelf - Bay

Oh man I jacked that article up something fierce trying to fix it. I have no idea how that comment tag got moved, but it was originally just some section or something I don't remember, I may have been drunk. Anyways those challenge sections were apparently maybe going to be moved elsewhere, but at least you can see they're functional now, and, IMO, far better than desperate-for-view video links :> — Ilvandel (talk to me)   06:44, October 30, 2012 (UTC)

I'm not sure I understand the problem. It looks like you got rid of a lot of crap. -- WarBlade (talk) 07:15, October 30, 2012 (UTC)
Oh I was pretty confused on the diff's for that article because I didn't see the comment tag was moved. I had no idea why the initial comment section was added, but I thought I read somewhere the challenge section was to be moved elsewhere. — Ilvandel (talk to me)   17:25, October 30, 2012 (UTC)
That was me. Right on release of Borderlands 2 we had all sorts of challenge additions springing up that didn't fit with the existing style of the wiki, but some of it looked like it could be salvaged into something useful for other pages, so it was commented out rather than removed. The dust is beginning to settle now, so those clunky parts are gradually getting fixed. -- WarBlade (talk) 19:13, October 30, 2012 (UTC)

Weapon tables with multiple manufacturers

I'm not very familiar with the markup for the weapon tables, and I've found you can't put multiple weapon tables on a page since it just uses the image refs from the first table on the second one, so I'm wondering if there's any better way to divide up tables. I'm trying to group multi-manufacturer weapons like Spiker and Blaster so that each manufacturer's variants are together, but the only thing I've found that works is a blank row, which looks pretty bad. Evil Tim (talk) 09:51, October 30, 2012 (UTC)

I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to do. Happypal is more involved with the weapon infobox templates than I am, so if they are lacking in some way it might be better to highlight that for him to deal with. You could also make a sandbox page for yourself under User:Evil Tim/Sandbox to demonstrate what you're trying to do, which tends to paint a clearer picture. I suspect that the template is the way it is so that it leaves variant considerations for the variant chart sub page though. -- WarBlade (talk) 10:08, October 30, 2012 (UTC)
Well, there's only a handful of titles with multiple manufacturers and the stats of each manufacturer's variant tend to be distinct. So it would be best for comparison to divide the variant tables by manufacturer; unfortunately I can't see any way to do this with the current table other than blank rows as separators. Evil Tim (talk) 10:17, October 30, 2012 (UTC)

Something I'm working on for the Borderlands 2 Weapons page

Work in progress. Still needs the manufacturers confirming and a few combinations checking, and the actual barrel effects, but it's more useful than the table of randomly ordered names currently on the page, I think. Evil Tim (talk) 12:00, November 1, 2012 (UTC)

Dun Goofed

i screwed up and added an extra category to this image, would you fix my error, i apparently dont have the ability to do so Image Link, thanks, and if you get the chance chime in on this: Template Redesign - Beesafree (talk) 20:56, November 5, 2012 (UTC)

Survival Guide Image

Hi there! I saw you uploaded the "survival guide" image of the Stalker. I was wondering where you find these pictures? Did the BL staff upload them somewhere? Thanks. Rabbeseking (talk) 12:49, November 7, 2012 (UTC)

If you're a Facebook user, "like" the Borderlands page: Link Various promotional images are posted on their news feed. -- WarBlade (talk) 19:09, November 7, 2012 (UTC)

Sorry about this whole stub thing, I really have no idea how to use them without f---ing up the page.AlbinoSkag612 (talk) 20:19, November 9, 2012 (UTC)

I see both 'antennae' and 'antennas' listed as valid plurals of 'antenna'. Is this a dialect issue? BigBlackWolf (talk) 01:38, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

Antennas is the plural of antenna in the context of radio antennas. Antennae is the plural of antenna in the context of "feelers" growing from an insect's head. -- WarBlade (talk) 01:41, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

The Bee

Hey WarBlade, thanks for approaching me.

How do you categorize pictures on this wiki? I didn't categorize had no idea how to do this. Thanks -- Gorkijmaksim (talk) 22:06, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

At the bottom of the page is a button labelled "Add category". You can click that and start typing "Images of". It is predictive and will add and refine terms the further along you get. Once the category is selected, just save it in place. I've already done the one you asked about. -- WarBlade (talk) 22:14, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

Re: The Critical Hit Disambiguation

It's the principle of the thing.  In theory, if someone decides "Hey, what's a critical hit?" and they look it up, the wiki should instantly present information on what critical hits are.  If they seek further information on how each game handles critical hits, the game-specific pages provide that.  Because the two games handle critical hits differently, their only commonality is that critical hits are attacks that deal additional damage as a result of hitting a vulnerable spot.  On the other hand, something like Elemental Damage (which I also intend to split) has a bit more information that the games share, and the base page would include information such as "fire is good against flesh but weak against armor and shields, corrosive is good against armor but weak against flesh and shields," et cetera, with further detailed information available on the game-specific pages.  Just because critical hits don't have a lot of shared information doesn't mean the main page shouldn't present that information.  —ProtonZero[talk] 05:43, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

Borderlands Wiki

just wanted to say thanks for looking after the wiki for me (and everyone else) I was bimbling about and noticed that you did garbage clean up and just wanted to you say to you... Thanks!X-mass (talk) 08:01, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, it's a mess right now. I feel like I'm chipping away at an iceberg with a spoon, but slowly managing to get somewhere. Appreciate the acknowledgement. :) -- WarBlade (talk) 09:53, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

hi, i'm a new member, i want to add some quotes from maya and others, and i cant find the editing button. Dr. F said it locked due to heavy vandalism and i must say hi to other admins to get enough edits to not be new anymore. thank you for noticing this, and hi!Ahot (talk) 15:49, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

Image Category

Hey Spinachdip here,

I added an edit and a photo to the Striker (BL2) page, because all that was there under variants was the huntin' version. The photo I had was an in game screencap of the gun, but it was removed due to being uncategorized. I'm new to this stuff, so just let me know the format you want and I'll reupload it. This is it below.

Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spinachdip (talkcontribs)

I have categorised your upload (Category:Images of weapons) and deleted the duplicate. -- WarBlade (talk) 20:03, November 21, 2012 (UTC)

Main page error

Since your an admin here, figured I'd bring this to your attention. The main page has an error. Instead of linking to Category:Lynchwood missions it instead links to Lynchwood missions. I was going to fix it, but it seems to be done via template.--Lycos Devanos Drop me a line 02:24, November 23, 2012 (UTC)

It should be fixed now. -- WarBlade (talk) 02:32, November 23, 2012 (UTC)
Yup, its fixed now. Though you may want to delete a few pages: Lynchwood Bounty Board, Lynchwood Missions and Lynchwood missions as they all have no content. Though the bounty board one might just need work, not sure how you guys do things here in regards to that stuff.--Lycos Devanos Drop me a line 02:41, November 23, 2012 (UTC)

lair cheat

edit it is possible to get in. see link on talk page.   Dr. F    Chemicalweapon   Wordpress shovel   Boston globe bullhorn  19:13, November 23, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, but the "returning to the lair" part kills the earlier post dead. I've left, popped into Oasis and back, the corpse was there, but the door did not iris open. What I haven't tried yet is leaving the chamber and returning without actually leaving the lair. -- WarBlade (talk) 19:22, November 23, 2012 (UTC)
And, uhhh... D'oh! - WarBlade (talk) 19:29, November 23, 2012 (UTC)

iris door stays open as long as no transition. transition or reload (hard transition) = body gone & door closed. to reset chests reload is needed. btim if second raid (mission) is made on same game session only the jolly roger chests reset. i figured skrappy was a typo.   Dr. F    Chemicalweapon   Wordpress shovel   Boston globe bullhorn  19:47, November 23, 2012 (UTC)

Not Logged In

I made a couple of changes to the Cult of the Vault page today anonymously, thinking I had been kept logged in. Should I try to fix the audit trail or does it not matter?

JerryFrain (talk) 18:33, November 26, 2012 (UTC)

It doesn't matter. The most recent edits don't look like vandalism, but please don't don't write "placeholder" into pages. -- WarBlade (talk) 18:45, November 26, 2012 (UTC)
