Are you fixing shit in here now? That's great! Dämmerung 00:00, August 31, 2014 (UTC)
Figured I may as well! made a thread on the forums you can find in general spoilers, too. Had some great contributions so far. Can you fix Flinter for me? the UI is messing with me and I can't do anything about it. You'll understand when you look at it. Jiandersonzer0 (talk) 02:10, August 31, 2014 (UTC)
- You gotta be more explicit than that. What do you want "fixed"? I'm more of a mechanic, I leave retarded strategies etc. alone except when they're egregious. Dämmerung 02:59, August 31, 2014 (UTC)
In regards to 12-Pounder
I do not want to start an "edit war" or whatever they're called, so shall we discuss this here? The notes regarding killing Crystalisks in the 12-Pounder's page. What makes the 12-Pounder especially good at killing crystalisks is that it can achieve crits while maintaining the high damage of a rocket launcher. Weapons that usually cannot get criticlal hits are: E-Tech handguns, Rocket launchers, and the Seeker. The notes are there so people can read up on aspects of the gear or uses they may not have thought of, such as using a rocket launcher on crystalisks. I won't undo the note, but I just wanted to tell you why it's there. Epicpoke (talk) 22:43, September 18, 2014 (UTC)
Reading some of these might help you understand. Yes, it can crit crystalisks, but so can most things in the first place.
Jiandersonzer0 (talk) 22:51, September 18, 2014 (UTC)
Yes, I understand that most weapons get crits on em', but the 12-Pounder is the only rocket launcher that can. The Note was just saying it is a good weapon for killing them because few weapons can surpass it's highest possible damage per projectile. It never said it was the only weapon that could get crits on Crystalisks. Epicpoke (talk) 00:30, September 19, 2014 (UTC)
OH! And as for that talk about the 12 Pounder ONLY working on crystalisks and The Warrior, it works on anything with a large enough crit that the projectile and not the explosion hits it. It's best to use Maya or Zer0 to maximize accuracy using Vel0city or Accelerate. Epicpoke (talk) 00:53, September 19, 2014 (UTC)
I dont disagree. But it should be clear that it cannot naturally crit, that has been an object of contention in the past. Thats why I removed that tidbit. Jiandersonzer0 (talk) 01:09, September 19, 2014 (UTC)
