i have a proposal for a new template design, and i would like to ask everyone to chime in

Please post your opinion about this a simple i like it, or i dislike it is fine. it will help us reach a conclusion on this quicker. it sitting here in limbo means it will not get used ever where as saying i dislike it for replacing the navigational templates means we can use it somewhere else, as a visual aid in the main tree page or on the character page (different discussion, prehaps).
