Strategy: The main idea with this build is to apply as many DOTs (damage over time effects) as possible to as many enemies as possible and watch them all die.  Bosses can take a little longer due to the lack of points in skills like High Velocity, but wave after wave of mob will fall screaming at your feet due to some type of damage effect.  Your probably wondering why the point in venom?  Its another DOT.  I know you have to get up and punch them in the face, but your going to be phase walking anytime it comes up.  A note about the phase walks with this build: Run them dry.  If you get behind the target you want, and your ready to punch but you have 2 seconds still on the clock ... run them out and then punch him to end it.  Always cut it as close as possible. This allows for full health regen and more time spent adding radiance, so run around a little.

Gear: Main weapon here is a high percentage elemental effect SMG -> "Killing people with bullets just not cool enough for you, BUY A MALIWAN and light some people on fire".  Other weapon slots should be used for your choice of high damage high elemental effect weapons.  My personal choices are a high damage x4 fire sniper rifle to start battles, a x4 corrosive VERY high damage revolver (for those anoying fire based enemies and lance), and a high damage quick rate of fire repeater for those "oh crap" moments when I run out of SMG ammo. For a mod I would have to recommend using a Catalyst with 4 points in Girl Power. Your shield just needs to be as big as possible, your going to need protection until things start droping.  Grenade: your choice, just cause some damage. But I like to use a corrosive or shocking bouncing betty or MIRV.
