Requirements:

Double Anarchy - Just needs high damage and clip size if possible, no scope necessary Mercenary Mod with Ammo regen - minimum of +3 to girlpower if possible Very high cap shield - Regen doesn't matter as much once girlpower bonuses kick in

I was a big Firefly/Hellfire fan prior to this build, in certain cases I still am. But just kept encountering way too many enemies that were immune or insanely high shields.

!!!Every time I was forced to keep switching weapons throughout the fight!!!

Fortunately, NOTHING is resistant to an insanely fast character putting 4X burst into critical areas faster than some mobs can turn around. I get more use out of Phoenix now that my combat momentum never stops, not for flaming psycho, flaming skag or guardian. I can quickly dispatch resistant enemies and have my flames killing off the others without breaking rhythm.

Why I like this over other merc setups... INTUITION! Anarchy and Intuition actually go hand-and-hand. Slowing down enemies with mind games is nice, but those are the enemies I'm already killing. What about the enemies on the other platform or on top of the building somewhere? Can't slow everyone down at once, even better option, SPEED. Speed is life, in fast-paced combat, and with the added bonus of taking only fractions of a second to get in optimal ranges of next enemy, especially good when you are sporting an ultra short range burst weapon like an Anarchy. Intuition is like a damage bonus and defensive bonus at the same time.

Girlpower - must have, % based shield regen that goes on even in the middle of a gun fight can make you close to invincible unless your stupid

Enforcer/High Velocity - Very handy, 30% acc bonus after kill as well as ballistic upgrade will make killing those giant/badass mothrakss and floating guardians quite possible, even with the anarchy.

!!!I'm almost to the point where I never have to switch my weapon ever again!!!
