I've pretty much entirely redone the build since DLC3 came out. The purpose of this build is to create a jack of all trades to avoid respecing whenever i switch from farming craw, to under dome tournaments, to zombie island back to questing, or whatever the situation is. The focus of the build is of course phase walk. Everything phase walk related is maxed, next came dealing damage. Striking is pretty much useless everywhere except main game questing (totally useless against craw and not very helpful in the under dome) so i switched to daze, and boy i'm glad i did. Silent Resolve is GREAT for reviving during team play. 70% damage reduction is a godsend when you are trying to revive someone in the thick of battle. This skill alone is what makes Lilith the best candidate for party revivals. Even though my favorite weapon to use is a Combustion Hellfire, i don't like phoenix because tier 3 elemental isn't very good and saving ammo doesn't really seem like it would help. I have a +31 SMG ammo regen merc COM that i use for single player, and when i'm online i try to play with soldiers. My weapon slots consist almost entirely of SMGs now, as quicksilver seems to benefit them the most.

The comments up to Rems on March 23 aren't really relevant anymore, as my build is almost completely different.

Weapons

  • main: combustion hellfire
  • secondary: Crimson Bitch
  • third slot: Cobalt Tsunami
  • fourth slot: Vitriolic Bitch (or whatever fits the situation)

Hellfire to Barbeque bandits and skags. Surprisingly, Hellfire's are really effective against the Crimson Lance as well. The Crimson bitch is for the occasional fire enemies, a Hellfire alternative, or whatever. It has higher damage, accuracy and fire rate than the hellfire. The Tsunami is for Guardians and Crimson lance if i get tired of using a caustic weapon. Vitriolic Bitch i find to really effective against the devastators and other Lance units, but a pestilent crux works too. Really the forth slot could be pretty much anything. third slot changes less frequently, and the first two are almost permanent. SMGs are my weapon of choice as they have very high rate of fire and get the best boost form quicksilver. Also, the recoil seems to be much less than combat rifles.

Shields

The Rose is my favorite, this is because it can fully recharge in one phase walk. When you're playing with Lilith, there is nothing better than popping out of phase walk with 3200 shields and 1000 health, killing two enemies and hopping right back in. the health regen of the rose is also great for when you're in the tick of things. I also have a maxed out ironclad for PvP and some pretty good muscleman's and pancrea's, though i rarely, if ever use these.

Class MOD

I have a maxed out lvl 61 mercenary COM that I absolutely love for solo play. +61% SMG damage and +31 SMG ammo regen kick ass. Ammo is never an issue and it allows me to use and abuse my favorite weapons, SMGs. When playing online, I pretty much have to play with a support gunner because I'm tearing through SMG ammo so quickly. In the under dome it's not such a big issue because grabbing 2 or 3 resupplies in between rounds is usually enough to keep up. When playing online I like to switch to a maxed out lvl 61 defender COM. This adds +45% team shield capacity and with +9 into diva will nearly double my shield cap. While doing craw runs, i use my catalyst COM for +2 team find rare items and 30% team cool down reduction

Grenade MOD

I change this more often than anything else. I like the transfusions for wide open maps because you don't have to aim them, and tend to use the MIRVs for tighter quarters when an enemy can get caught in the middle of the secondary explosions. But really, you could see me using anything.

I'm going to contiune to play with skill points and see what works best for this character and will continue to update this page as i do so. I welcome any feedback i can get as well. If you wish to play sometime my GT is: iran4edmund, same as it is here.
