Summary

As the name states, this build concentrates on Roland's Impact and Cauterize compatibility. Overload is also used to increase mag sizes, therefore increasing the overall effectiveness of Cauterize. I feel that Grit is a must, because the medic, wants to be the one alive the most. I like Deploy over Refire, because those shots fired for Refire can be cauterized, so deploy is nice, to get your turret back into play to use Aid station and Revive.

Gun Choices

I believe should be strictly on personal playstyle and preference, but you really need some guidance... Machine Guns.. large magazines, good damage, and relatively decent accuracy. Machine Pistols as another slot choice for the same reason. Finally, I always like to have a Sniper Rifle on me just for those situations where my team is beatin' on an enemy and they really don't need my help too much.

*Update

I've found rocket launchers to work wonders when it comes to kill off a bunch of small annoying guys as well as mass healing. If/once you have a 4th slot, i recommend that.

Strategy

Obviously not leaned toward solo play. Usually have the money to respec if you plan on flying solo, but if you find a few buddies and want to get on there good side, try this build out.

When in combat, don't be in direct line of fire. Avoid it as much as possible. You can take hits, sure, but don't get the main aggro on you. Since you usually don't have the main aggro, you can focus on getting critical shots and healing up your friends via Cauterize and Aid Station. Don't be afraid to let that turret go when things get a little hairy.

Final Thoughts

This is a very fun build to play, if your trying to stray away from the "beat em' up" builds and classes. Know who your playing with too before you spend the money and respec. Someone may already be a medic, and two medics is usually just too much... Oh, and about Brick players, you love them.
