Ulysses is a Goliath, tired of life on Pandora. He has made previous attempts at leaving, but was thwarted when his fellow bandits stole his lunar supply beacon. He requests the Vault Hunters' help in retrieving it. And his pet fish, Frederick.
After returning and placing the beacon, Ulysses becomes ecstatic now that he will finally be able to leave... only to get smashed by the Hyperion cargo container summoned by the lunar supply beacon.
He is located behind a building to the north on the top of The Buzzard Nest in Sawtooth Cauldron.
