Tyreen The Destroyer is the final boss of Borderlands 3.

Involvement

After Troy's death, Tyreen summons the Destroyer by opening its Vault. She then fuses with the great beast, and engages the Vault Hunters in an attempt to eliminate them.

Tyreen the Destroyer has an increased chance to drop the legendary King's Call and Queen's Call pistols.
If the Tyreen's eye is shot with the Face-puncher shotgun (a non-melee source of melee damage) during her phase on all fours, she will take damage and become immune as if the character attacked her with normal melee, but she will remain on all fours until a certain time has passed, retaining her immunity until then as well.
