It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Banshee located in Weepwild Dankness.

Special Effects

Moo. – Casting the spell sends forth a dual elemental spiral that damage enemies caught in the spiral. Enemies near the spiral are sucked in and get thrown around.

Trivia

• The flavor text alludes to a famous scene in the 1996 disaster film Twister where characters witness cows caught in a tornado fly past them.
