Troy Calypso is the secondary antagonist of Borderlands 3 and one of the two leaders of the Children of the Vault, alongside his sister Tyreen. He has red tattoos similar to his sister's Siren tattoos. However, Troy is not a Siren; he is Tyreen's parasitic twin, and their father had to "cut him off her" when they were born. According to Tyreen, she's the only thing keeping Troy alive.

Quotes
- Alright, let's get out of here. I wanna see if Katagawa's good on his word. Leave the scraps to the dogs.
Trivia
- His left arm is robotic, and the shoulder has a deployable camera that he and his sister use to livestream to their followers.
- Since parasitic twins are always identical twins, which in turn can only ever be of the same sex, there's a high possibility that Troy is transgender. Whether it's a blunder or intended is yet unknown.
