Tran-fusion is the title of a group of legendary grenade mods in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Atlas, Hyperion and Tediore. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from the Power Troopers at Atlas HQ.

Here go, hell come. – Heals for 120% of the damage the grenade dealt to enemy health.

Can spawn with up to 2 Generator attributes that heal the character's shields for 60% of the damage the grenade dealt to enemy shields.
The grenade also heals 30% of health while the user's shield regenerates.

Trivia[]

The flavor text is a remark by Calvin Tran from the 2009 television series The Fashion Show.
The Tran-fusion uses the same skin as the Quasar.
