It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source.

haha gun go brrrr – +270% weapon damage. Greatly reduced recoil. Greatly increased fire rate and magazine size. Projectiles fly in a corkscrew trajectory. Every 10th shot deals shock damage.
Usage & Description[]
Torrent is a true bullet hose even surpass The Shredifier, at a cost of slower projectile speed and rotating trajectory.

- The Torrent has an increased chance of spawning in the "red" chest located in the Seepage and Creepage area of Stormblind Complex.
