Torment is the Title of a group of pistols in Borderlands 2. They are manufactured exclusively by Maliwan.
Usage & Description
Maliwan's Torment share Jakobs's pistol barrel, what grants it great amount of damages and high precision.
Trivia
- Maliwan's Torment is, regardless to the gun color (White, green blue, etc...), very uncommon in comparison to others pistols.
- The game generates "Torment" for the title with the barrel (Jakobs Slow Damage code), ignoring what code is generated in the title slot of the gun in save files.
- The Torment doesn't exist in "common" grade, and if modders try to generate a "white" Torment with a save editor, the game will delete it, or the editor will notify that the gun might generate errors if loaded in game.
- Pistols what have the Jakobs barrel (Ass Beeter!, Peacemaker, Leverage, Iron, Torment, Power Shot, Rod and Fighter) will be displayed smaller when carried by Zer0 while in status or quick change menus, more than it usually has to be.
