Torgue Bolters are loaders in Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage. They are encountered deep within the junk yard area of The Forge.

Strategy
Bolters fly over the field of battle and unleash powerful air-to-ground rocket barrages during strafing runs. They occasionally land when close to a target, whereupon they transform from their flight mode into a bipedal robot and engage on foot. On the ground, a Torgue Bolter will move slowly and attack with a rifle.
Bolters are vulnerable to corrosive damage, and once they are airborne they are best attacked with fast, accurate, corrosive weapons. On the ground they are much easier targets where close range attacks can be effective.
Notes
- In True Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Torgue Heavy Bolter, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Torgue Punisher.
