Titus is a NPC in Bounty of Blood DLC of Borderlands 3.
Background
Titus is the deputy of Vestige, working with the old Sheriff. He is responsible to guard the gate. A friendly yet rather incompetent deputy, he is not very reliable at the start of the story but eventually becomes a capable deputy.
Involvement
Vault Hunters first meet Titus at the gate of Vestige. He is able to tell the Vault Hunters are not with the Devil Riders and has his men to hold fire.
When the Devil Riders invades, he is swiftly defeated and captured by the gang. After the Vault Hunters rescue him, he is shocked to find out Juno is appointed to be the new sheriff. Angered, he accuses Juno being a former member of Devil Riders but quickly stands down when Juno challenges him to a fight.
After Rose gathers enough core for her biological weapon and causes a gigantic explosive, Titus defends the town from Devil Riders along with Juno,Herb and the Vault Hunters.
