Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep is the fourth campaign DLC of Borderlands 2. It was released on June 25th, 2013.

New Content

The DLC includes redesigned vending machines with a more fantasy-oriented aesthetic, reskins of existing characters featuring renaissance-themed garb (Ellie and Moxxi, in particular), and new dialogue for the Vault Hunters. Each character will respond to Tina's narration in their own way. Mr. Torgue also returns.

Taking place after the event of Roland's death, Tina and the first group of Vault Hunters were playing a game of Bunkers and Badasses. The new Vault Hunters are the characters within the campaign with Tina being their game master.

Tina changes the world in dynamic ways as the story progresses, such as changing the appearance of locations and adding characters and bosses. The journey to Dragon's Keep also has her coming to terms with Roland's death.

The DLC features new uses for Eridium: altars that gives bonuses when Eridium is spent, Tiny Tina themed slot and vending machines that use Eridium, and a new type of 'Dice Chest.' Dice Chests will appear with two twenty-sided dice (D20s) on top. Opening the chest normally rolls one D20, and the amount shown on the roll will determine the rarity of the loot inside the chest. Spending 5 Eridium rolls both D20s, and the higher amount will be taken to determine loot rarity. Also you can feed the Queen 5 eridium and she will do stuff tthat looks like pooping and puking.

You begin the DLC by travelling to the Unassuming Docks area in the Fast Travel station.

Items

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep introduces a number of new items, including new guns, shields, fantasy-themed class mods, and spell-like grenade mods.

There is also a new system that classifies weapons by manufacturer, prefix, and color scheme; Hyperion weapons feature the Diamond prefix and are white, Tediore has the Cubic Zerconia prefix with a white and black color, Bandit has the Quartz prefix and pink colors, Dahl has the Emerald prefix and dark green, Vladof is Garnet and dark red, Jakobs is Citrine and has orange metal, Torgue is Rock and dark grey, and Maliwan is Aquamarine with various shades of grey, orange and blue.

This DLC was originally teased at Pax East 2013, but wasn't confirmed until it was accidentally leaked by Anthony Burch who took a picture of a passed out friend with the poster showing in the background. It has since been confirmed officially and given a release date.
This DLC has a large number of easter egg's relating to other famous fantasy game's / films such as Dark Souls and The Lord of the Rings.
