Tinged Inkling is a legendary heavy weapon ordnance in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Divisioner located in The Wireworks - Order Bunker, The Low Leys in Terminus Range on Kairos.
