Tiggs' Boom

Tigg's Boom is a legendary shotgun in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Torgue. It can be obtained as a drop from Wotan the Invincible in Midnight's Cairn.

Special Weapon Effects[]

A gaping hole in the sky. – Shots pierce through enemies and have a chance to spawn a meteor-like projectile. No alternative firing mode.

Shots fired from the Tigg's Boom have a chance to spawn a meteor projectile that will move in a straight line towards the target for extra damage.

The Tigg's Boom can spawn as an 18-projectile variant, increasing the chances of spawning one or more meteors.
The meteors have a chance to spawn behind the level geometry or under surfaces, rendering the effect virtually useless when indoors or on a platform.
The Tigg's Boom's damage type is not considered "shotgun damage" or any other "(weapon type) damage", and is instead categorized as generic "gun damage".
Hotfix 4/2/2020: Weapon damage increased. Meteor damage increased.
