The Leech is a unique pistol in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained from the mission Taking Flight.

- Alternate firing mode is an unique incendiary taser that can target 2 more enemies and heal the character. The weapon itself has no element and no special effect.
- Fixed parts.
Usage & Description[]
The Leech can pass as a purple rarity Vladof pistol with its stats and healing ability. Despite its guaranteed elemental capacitor, the bullets only deal non-elemental damage; only the taser is incendiary. It can be effective for a few story missions after it is obtained due to the number of flesh enemies the character will encounter.
Notes[]
- Due to the bug on all tasers, this weapon shows with false elemental damage/chance on card.
- As with other taser underbarrel weapons, it benefits from Moze's Redistribution skill. If shot on critical spots, it can achieve an excessive amount of critical hits, and if aimed near targets, it can affect an entire group of enemies.
- If Moze's Cloud of Lead skill is active, the taser can be fired multiple times to increase its healing ability.
Trivia[]
- The flavor text is a quote from the 1982 film The Dark Crystal. The quote is said by the narrator in the opening of the movie.
- Higher level versions of The Leech can be obtained through Crazy Earl's Veteran Rewards Vendor on Sanctuary III.
