The Hunt(ress) is a unique sniper rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Jakobs. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Antalope located in Devil's Razor on Pandora.

Special Weapon Effects[]

So angry. – +175% increased damage against Humanoids. Cannot spawn with a scope. Always spawns with fixed parts.

Usage & Description[]

The Hunt(ress) is a niche weapon as its special effect limits its utility to a single enemy type and the lack of a scope makes it only usable for close to mid-range combat.

Notes[]

With its flavor text, The Hunt(ress) fits perfectly between The Hunt(er) and The Hunt(ed).
The Hunt(ress) was added in the August 6, 2020 hotfix.

The flavor text is from a quote by Mordecai. The full quote is "So big, so angry, so dead."
