The Dictator is a legendary assault rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Agonizer 9000.

Usage & Description
The wide spread of the bullets can make it effective at taking out large crowds of enemies. At close range, enemies can be hit by multiple bullets. This allows it to deal huge damage to huge targets. However, at long range the bullet spread makes the weapon quite ineffective at taking down single enemies.
