The Dictator is a legendary assault rifle in Borderlands 3 manufactured by Vladof. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from Agonizer 9000.
Special Weapon Effects
Let them hate me, so that they will but fear me. – Fixed bipod attachment. Fires three bullets in a horizontal line in rifle mode, seven in bipod mode.
