The Debt Collector is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot DLC for Borderlands 3.

The Debt Collector is a unique Badass ICE Loader encountered at the end of the Sisterly Love optional mission. To have it spawn, the player has to quit to the main menu upon the mission's conclusion, load the game, and save-quit until it spawns. As a rare spawn, ICE, Shock and HOT loaders may spawn in its place instead. Killing it after the optional mission will award the "Who Collect The Collector" achievement/trophy.
