Description

The Chopper is a machine gun that can be dropped by Motorhead in The Secret Armory of General Knoxx. It sports an extremely high magazine capacity, a very high rate of fire, low accuracy, and the ability to fire four bullets at a time, much like the Anarchy line of SMGs. It can be devastating, but it can also chew through all of a character's combat rifle ammunition in a matter of seconds. Once the gun is fired, it will continue firing endlessly unless cancelled by a melee attack or reload action.

Special Effect

"RAR! BRAR BRAR!"- The gun will fire continuously without the user needing to hold the fire button.

Notes

• It is impossible for any ammo regeneration bonuses to keep up with the fire rate of the gun.
• The Chopper spends 6 bullets from its ammunition supply to fire 4 bullets.
• Can come with a scope up to 2.1x, but usually with a slight reduction in damage
• When combined with a 9/5 Master Blaster kill bonus, the fire rate is increased by 108%, making it extremely powerful.
• When combined with a Heavy Gunner + team members with Support gunner/Centurion Class Mods + Roland's Overload and Assault Skills (both maxed out), the magazine can hold more than 1120 combat rifle bullets with the maximum Combat Rifle SDU.
• If you hit the fire button then proceed to sprint, you will have a firing Chopper in hand while sprinting. The game normally prevents you from firing while sprinting because every time you shoot a gun, it takes a press of the fire button; because the Chopper is a one-press weapon, the game doesn't recognize that it's still firing. Using this glitch, you could, for example, fire the Chopper up and then sprint through a long hallway of enemies for fun.
• The Chopper is good to score second winds.
• Combined with Lilith's Quicksilver skill (and class mod to increase) the fire rate can be increased with 45%, making it a really powerful weapon

Trivia

• The red text is an onomatopoeic representation of a revving engine.
• A Chopper with a RoF of 18.0 takes only 15 seconds to fire 1120 rounds.
• The Chopper, just like the Anarchy, can't come with elemental effects.
• You can interrupt the Chopper with a melee-attack, reloading or switching guns.
• "RAR! BRAR BRAR!"- Is also a Palindrome, meaning its is spelled the same way both frontwards and backwards.
