The Abomination, formerly known as New Friend is a mini-boss found on Nekrotafeyo during Borderlands 3.
Background
The Abomination is originally the driving force of the quest It's Alive. Sparrow sends the Vault Hunter out to get more parts for his new friend. Grouse also interjects with suggestions for parts to acquire. In the end, the Abomination is a smashed-together Frankenstein-robot with the Acid Tank of a Contaminator Heavy for a head, the backpack of a Flash Trooper, and three arms coming from a Recycler Bot, a Fire Bot, and a Maliwan Bot.
After The Abomination is constructed, it will become hostile and beg for death, at which point, the Vault Hunter obliges and its final words are "Thank you."
