Target of Opportunity is a location-based challenge in Borderlands 3. To complete this challenge, Heckle and Hyde must be eliminated.

Strategy[]
As with all Goliaths, Hyde can be enraged and kill enemies, increasing his strength and thus the XP and loot gained. He will transform from Super, Mega, Ultimate, and finally into Godly Hyde.
The best way to achieve this is to spawn Heckle and shoot off his helmet. Allow him to kill the two or three enemies in the area. Lead him out to the abandoned shack area, shooting him occasionally to keep him interested. Lead him across the bridge and over to the lift area that leads to Jakobs Manor. Here, there are plenty of enemies for Hyde to kill and level up.
