Level 50 variant

How do you get a level 50 variant of this [legitimately]? I know that you can reloot moxxi's chest for this and the other unique items in there, but the chest disappears after you turn in the quest The Beginning of The End to [Handome] Jack. TapSiLogMACHINE (talk) 14:43, October 25, 2014 (UTC)

As far as I know, go to Concordia, exit out "Moxxi's Back Door", then turn around and re-enter Concordia through the back door. It should trigger the chest to spawn. 05:34, October 28, 2014 (UTC)

Respawning chest

I've had the chest containing this, Slammer and Kiss of Death respawn every time I reenter Concordia from the secret doorway, as long as the chest is still present. I've farmed it at least 50 times. The article, and Slammer's, state that this can only be done once per playthrough. This appears incorrect, but I'd like outside confirmation before I change the article. For me, chest respawns also when entering Concordia from Merrif's Office. Thus, every 'non-main' entrance works. PastorGL (talk) 15:33, November 30, 2014 (UTC)
