Really Bugged?[]
I've been testing this on PC, and it seems to function even with guns that have over 10 fire rate.
For example, my etech assault rifle depletes a clip of 26 shots in 1.9 seconds, or just over 13 shots per second. Getting Tw0 Fang to 5 reduces that time to 1.5.
So contrary to article, it DOES effect high fire rate guns, at least on PC.
