Doesn't always spawn[]
I checked every location listed here thoroughly and he's not anywhere, so I'm guessing he doesn't always spawn. Anyone else have trouble finding him? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Darktangent (talk • contribs)
Yes you are correct, the spawning is random. If you stop looking for him, all of a sudden he will be there. Lower and mid levels will yield more useful items, since higher level characters should have sets of decent equipment when he is encountered.
