I Fought The invincible
And the Invincible won. 30k in shields and health, and it sneezed me to death.
I just lost a ton of Eridium, screw this I'm doing second playthrough and waiting for everyone else to get to lvl 50 or something. Including me.
lol. You need to wait till 50. I went against it with a 50 alone with over 100k in shields and health and didn't even scratch it.
Reply to ( I fought the Invincible)
It is possible to solo terramorphous as level 50. I have done it without mods. Use a legendary shield called The Bee and a shotgun (preferably with fire damage) Although it is best to run it with a friend as getting downed when Terra is close to death or getting thrown off the edge is a bitch. My best time is 1:41
Just added a tried and tested (actually developed) by myself strategy for solo killing of Terramorphous POST update. No bee, no conference call. Only thing is required is to have Scarlett DLC. Just if anybody needs, I can make a video and upload it to youtube, but it is actually pretty straightforward to implement this strat once you know how. Regards, 14:41, October 23, 2012 (UTC)
There is a glitch that exists when Co-Op playing against Terramorphous. Using the Rock/cliff exploit I found that by hiding a player behind it and keeping them idle, it is possible to send the other player onto the platform to fight Terramorphous. Should that player happen to die then they will respawn normally, but Terramorphous won't notice the other player still hiding behind the rock, while his health is still diminished. The player that has died can then re-enter the combat area fully refreshed on ammo and supplies from the vendors. (It's not the best technique for defeating him, but is ideal if your loot isn't altogether great when first fighting him). 184.108.40.206 10:57, November 16, 2012 (UTC)
I wonder if using the Evil Smasher glitch, and obtaining a tier 3 or higher reload, using a lvl 50 skullmasher, lvl 50 bee, and lvl 50 sniper class mods, maxxing out damage in terms of skills, if it's possible to destroy him in a few hits.

A challenge to those who still have access to the evil smasher glitch: pwn him at the lowest level possible.
There are many Legendary weapons that are particularly useful against Terramorphus. While he is not weak against these weapons specifically, they may prove useful in defeating him. They include:
Torgue-Unkempt Harold Pistol
Vladof-Lyuda Sniper Rifle (Preferably fire elemental)
Dahl-Pitchfork Sniper Rifle (Preferably fire elemental)
Bandit-Badaboom Rocket Launcher
Dahl-Seraphim Assault Rifle
Vladof-Shredifier Assault Rifle
Hyperion-The Bee shield
The reason that most of these weapons are so useful is that they have spread patterns, allowing them to inflict a lot of pain on Terramorphus regardless of accuracy, because of his large size. - Swhyte998
Quite simple, actually
There is a magical rock near the "exit" to his lair. If you hide behind a certain section of it, he himself cant hurt you, and his tentacles dont have that great of a chance. My level 50 Mech with a 50 Bee and 50 Corrosive Infinity can take him down without even going into last stand. Gaige The Mechro (talk) 05:16, March 23, 2013 (UTC)
Sadness, my game just gets stuck in eternal loading when I try to go to Terramorphous Peak. I'll never have platinum QQ - disc is clean no scratches, PS3 isn't older than 8 months... DarkNoah (talk) 22:17, July 14, 2013 (UTC)
I have been asked to liaison in chat. Since we do not change content or policy in chat (or in edit summaries for that matter) I will state my revert reasons here. Raid Boss is a type of creature that may or may not be a seraph guardian. They are Bigger versions of bosses designed to be fought in multi-player games. 02:57, November 16, 2013 (UTC)
