No need to kill Jacques to spawn Clark

I never killed Jacques and managed to spawn Clark, just meeting the other three requirements after finishing the main and side quests. Didn't edit the main article because I think the first beacon should be better observed, as to when does it lit (after killing Pumpkin, after turning in to Teddy, or whatever) Dipnlik (talk) 19:35, October 27, 2013 (UTC)
