I found a way to cheese the boss. Instead of running around, Just camp out in the room he came out of and shoot him when he goes to the left or right platform that is level with you. Also helps to use flame elemental pistols. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sandi Sue (talkcontribs)

That will have limited use in UVHM where life regeneration takes place. It will work in Normal Mode and probably TVHM. Final signature 11:44, February 9, 2014 (UTC)

Distance necessary for health to reset[]

I'm moving the following sentence from the article to this Talk page,

The bullymong will jump often, and if the distance between it and the player becomes too great, the enemy will disappear, and must be respawned at full health by approaching the double-doors from the outside.

because I think it is vague to the point of being confusing. How far does the player have to be for Midge-Mong's health to reset? A reader may worry unnecessarily that he/she must follow Midge-Mong around lest his health reset. If somebody knows how far one would have to be from Midge-Mong for his health to reset then that information would perhaps be of use to the reader. Why do two Badass Marauders spawn in some games but not others?[]

It seems that two Badass Marauders spawn in some games next to where Midge-Mong is located but not others. They spawn in this guy's game at around 4:40 in his video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgVMVh7tjNw when he enters Midge-Mong's room with the vending machines after defeating Midge-Mong. Right now in the Strategy subsection it is stated,

...[Midge-Mong is] further backed up by two Badass Marauders that come out a door nearby in some games

So first there's some confusion as to when the Badass Marauders spawn. Do they come out with Midge-Mong or after killing him and entering the room?

Second there's some confusion about whether they spawn at all. In my game they did not spawn. Maybe they did not spawn because I was level four when I killed Midge-Mong or perhaps because I entered his room and used the vending machines before I finished killing him. Maybe if some other people have experiences where either they spawn or don't spawn they can write about those experiences here and we can figure out some pattern and then add that information to the page.
