Very weak healing skill, healing 0.42% of health per second per skill rank (2.14% at rank 5, 3.86 at rank 9), assuming the heal effect is linear. 11:52, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

after some testing around i have concluded that the regeneration effect is "chaotic" which seems like it is around %7~%9 of maximum health with a cap (i believe) at %15 at rank 5. if we say (for example) a given kill healed you for %8 of your maximum health at rank 5 (which i encountered slightly more than the most but it may just be my luck) than your 1000 hit point mordecai (who uses a health boosting shield maybe =) ) would regen a total of 80 hit points in 7 seconds. which further can be broken down around 11,5 ish hit points of regeneration per second in average.

with your vanilla (without hp boost) 835 hit pointed lvl 50 mordecai at a regen rate of %8 per 7 seconds you would approximately gain 10 hp per second of regeneration IN THE HEAT OF THE BATTLE.
