OK, so I'm interpreting this as "While your action skill is cooling down, if you score a kill, your cooldown rate increases." Tell me more. Does the cooldown rate bonus last until your action skill is ready, or does it last for a fixed time? Do these bonuses stack? DamianDavis (talk) 18:20, November 7, 2012 (UTC)
