There's something that is bothering me about this particular unit, and it's that I've never seen one drop a good fire weapon, nothing past a x2 effect. ^%$#
Backpacks[]
Has anyone else noticed that the backpacks on pyros are much less resistant than the backpacks on other badass elemental lance units? From what I observed, from the least to most resistant backpack: pyro<chemical<shock...anyone get the same thing?Click for inventory! Riceygringo 16:14, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
I would tend to agree, but i have also noticed that in general Electric elemental enemies seem to be the most resistent. 16:25, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
I'm sure it depends on what gun you're using at the time. And I'm still pretty sure that damage to a backpack is caused by number of hits vs. gun damage figure. (IE an anarchy SMG would be better than a sniper rifle.) There's no reason GBX would make one element noticeably weaker than the other. NOhara24 16:52, February 9, 2011 (UTC)

No I mean even with a non elemental weapon the pyro backpack seems to go up the fastest--Click for inventory! Riceygringo 19:03, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
i havent timed it but in the crow's nest the pyros respond to caustics and the corrosive badsses respond to fire equally in turn. ill pay more attention next time. Dr. F 19:43, February 9, 2011 (UTC)w/ contagion when the packpack goes they usually take the other out as well
