110% Damage Reduction[]
"With 11 ranks, bullets will actuallyheal Maya by 10% of their damage, restoring health or shields."
I wondered this myself and tried experimenting with it today. I've found that the 10% will only restore health if Maya does not have a shield equipped, otherwise the 10% restores the shields and has no effect on health even if the shields are already fully charged.
