::I haven't seen him say it except when I've talked to him, and I'd tried that... talked to him till he said it, then weaponsplosion. (Ended up losing a couple over the railing). It doesn't seem there's any particular place for it, like for the trash fire and the plants... I followed him around from the statue to the dumpster, he stays there for a while then moves to the 'garden', and doesn't seem to leave there. - I think you might have to do it after he says dropping weapons is illegal. Not 100% sure on that one though. --
