Cooldown[]
I mainly use this to add some cryo to my slams but then I had this bright (our definitions of 'bright' might be diametrically opposed) idea of using this skill to just slam repeatedly to get a chance for a more favorable subroutine before entering a boss fight. I slammed and slammed, bringing my frag stacks down but I noticed that some slams don't trigger the cryo nova and reduce my stacks. So I thought there might be a short cooldown to this (say, 1 sec?).
