ummm ... Anointed are not just items, there are Anointed enemies as well. There are some named Anointed enemies but pretty much any COV can become Anointed at some point. Sooo ... --SirFoggy (talk) 21:06, October 24, 2019 (UTC)

I have another issue

Beastmaster's attack command activates Anointed bonus...

but Operative also has Attack command.

As a Zane main (I mean, I just started, so...) I feel hurt by this design decision :/

The Sentinal drone action skill can be told to attack enemies much like Fl4k's pets can. Aderonofpercedal (talk) 21:08, November 17, 2019 (UTC)

Why this is what I'm talking about. I can order the drone to attack yet there is no Anointment bonus tied to this.

BTW I am there since like 35h :)

Page needs renaming

Recommend renaming this page "Anointment." It distinguishes from anointed enemies and honestly it doesn't make any sense for this page to be called "Anointed" Tea ache sea (talk) 04:29, May 14, 2020 (UTC)

I agree; I was trying to find information on weapon anointments and there was none; I ended up searching for 'anointed' and found the disambiguation page for Anointed (enemy) and Anointed (item bonus). If no one objects (and if I both remember to and can figure out how to) I'll move it in a few days. --Azaram (talk) 06:00, September 7, 2020 (UTC)
Renamed. --Azaram (talk) 22:06, September 10, 2020 (UTC)
Why? Haven't you seen one in the game labeled Annoited? Why They Should Be Called "Anointment Items"? -- Sega010 (talk) 23:13, September 10, 2020 (UTC)
Because, when one is looking for information on the specific things, they are referred to as 'anointments'. A weapon with an anointment is anointed, yes, but it is the anointment that makes it so.--Azaram (talk) 18:58, September 11, 2020 (UTC)
But you did not answer the question of why Anointed items should be renamed "Anointment Items" (or correctly, items with anoinment bonuses). And why the weapon cards in the game itself have not been corrected yet according to your own decision. -- Sega010 (talk) 19:26, September 12, 2020 (UTC)
Nobody said anything about naming it 'anointment items', and if you cast your eyes to the top of the page, you will see that it's named, as I mentioned, 'Anointment'. The question was answered; 'if you're looking for information on an anointment, you would look for 'anointment', not 'anointed'. --Azaram (talk) 04:29, September 14, 2020 (UTC)
Support this idea. The way its said will make it hard to find for users under the pile of other 'Anointed x' pages. This should be the main page for Anointed-related content, with on the top for "This page is for X, for Y, see [Y's page]". IAppData (talk) 23:30, September 10, 2020 (UTC)

Wonka'd?

Does '50% bonus fire damage' mean you get the normal weapon damage and 50% more as fire damage, or does it only apply to the fire damage your weapon does, and if your gun doesn't do fire damage, you get nothing? Frex, a Hellwalker is always fire. If I have a grenade with "On action skill end, gain 50% bonus corrosive damage with weapons for 10 seconds', does that mean I do shot damage plus fire damage plus corrosive, or just shot and fire because it has no corrosive? --Azaram (talk) 06:00, September 7, 2020 (UTC)

Removed/temporary anointments

Now that Bloody Harvest is back and so are the Terror anointments, it might be a good idea to somehow include them as well as the ones that were removed from the loot pool? Maybe give them their own section as not to clutter the page.Bilsintheta (talk) 18:20, October 8, 2020 (UTC)
